Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to investigate whether there is a significant difference in the behavioral intentions of tourists according to individual variables (gender, age, educational status, occupation, income status, marital status) by comparing the current situation with the tourist expectations of the boardinghouse in Kızılcahamam province. The survey was conducted as a data collection tool. The questionnaire consists of three parts. Analysis of the obtained data was done with SPSS 16 statistical package program. As a result of the research, it was seen that the satisfaction levels of the tourists staying at the board stayed below expectations and the expectations could not be met. In addition, a statistically significant relationship was found between service quality dimension, physical infrastructure dimension and personnel attitude dimension and behavioral intentions of satisfaction level of tourists staying at boarding.
